Shannon, a friend we met while studying in Cuernavaca, came to visit us over the past weekend. We took her to Guanajuato, probably the coolest city ever in Mexico. Here she is trying "esquites" - roasted corn mixed with mayonnaise, lime, chile, and cheese! It's delicious!
This is the statue called "Pípilo." He was a hero of the Mexican Revolution.
