Chiles en Nogada

Chiles en Nogada is a delicious Mexican dish!  It's very common dish especially from July to December.  The name comes from the Spanish word for the walnut tree (nogal).  It consists of poblano chiles filled with "picadillo" (a mixture containing ground meat, fruits, and spices) topped with a walnut-based cream sauce and pomegranate seeds, thus giving it the three colors of the Mexican flag (red, green, and white).  It is served at room temperature and is absolutely delicious.  Our Mexican friend Sony made this one!  Fabulous!
