This bug was in some dirty clothes that Le'Ann was carrying downstairs this morning! It's larger than a standard wooden clothespin. We've heard they're related to the scorpion family, have a wicked stinging ability, and when killed, spray a scent that smells like vinegar! And yes, those are pinchers at his head!

Hey, that's a vinagrillo, or uropygid in English! They're actually arachnids, with 8 legs. They're not really dangerous to humans (feel relieved?) but they do stink if they're upset.
The worst they can do is try to pinch you with those pincers. But boy do they look nasty!
